01 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 999p registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, logging into an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the 999p platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, including any documents, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply from the moment of first access and remain in force for the entire duration of your relationship with 999p, including any period after account closure where residual obligations remain (such as pending withdrawal processing or outstanding bonus forfeiture determinations).

999p reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 999p, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 999p enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and third parties acting on behalf of another individual are not permitted to register accounts.
• Online casino and sports betting activities must not be prohibited by the laws of your country, state, province, or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with applicable local laws.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or contractor of 999p or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, or technology suppliers.
• You must not have had a previous 999p account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 999p platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, all bonus funds will be voided, and winnings generated using bonus funds may be forfeited at 999p's sole discretion.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999p account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 999p will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999p support immediately via live chat. 999p will investigate the matter, but will not be liable for losses incurred prior to your notification of unauthorised access unless those losses were caused directly by 999p's negligence.

Account details including your registered name, date of birth, and national ID number cannot be changed after verification is complete. Other details such as email address, phone number, and residential address may be updated by contacting 999p support with appropriate documentation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

999p supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts. Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. 999p reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point where there is reason to verify the source of funds, identity, or payment method ownership.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

999p offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review or restriction are not eligible to claim promotions.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified per promotion.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 999p platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a conflict between a game supplier's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by the supplier's licensing conditions.

999p acts as a platform operator and does not develop or control the outcomes of any casino game. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the game server.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, 999p will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed or is voided due to a technical fault attributable to 999p's systems, your wager for that round will be returned to your account balance. Where a malfunction produces an obviously incorrect or erroneously large win display, 999p reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount.

Sports betting markets and odds are set by 999p's sportsbook team. Odds are subject to change until the market is suspended. Bets accepted and confirmed prior to market suspension are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. 999p reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is clear evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or result manipulation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999p platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Identified exploits must be reported to 999p support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies using 999p promotional funds in a way that guarantees a profit regardless of outcome.
• Opening accounts for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment, including on behalf of third parties or for the purpose of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to deposit funds into any 999p account.
• Attempting to access or interfere with 999p's backend systems, APIs, databases, or source code in any unauthorised manner.

999p employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual account reviews. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 999p will take appropriate action including but not limited to account suspension, fund seizure, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and AMLC where legally required.

08 Responsible Gaming

999p is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR's guidelines for licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. We take our obligations seriously and have implemented the following tools and policies to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration limits that will prompt or force a logout once the set time is reached.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999p platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any 999p content.

Any unauthorised use of 999p's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

10 Privacy & Data Protection

999p collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, government-issued ID details, email address, phone number, payment method information, device identifiers, and gameplay activity logs. This data is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improving our platform services.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999p and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 999p platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 999p shall not be liable for: losses arising from internet connectivity failures; device or hardware failures; errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party suppliers; losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain credential security; or decisions made by regulatory authorities that affect platform availability in your jurisdiction.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By using 999p, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your account. 999p does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through legitimate gameplay. You are solely responsible for all wagers placed from your account.

Where 999p's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 999p account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Suspension

You may close your 999p account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure request, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no pending investigations or holds are in place.

999p reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

Where an account is terminated for cause under these Terms, 999p reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, pending bonus winnings, and where legally permissible, real-money balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Real-money balances not subject to any dispute will be returned to the player following completion of applicable processes.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999p platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 999p's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) days for 999p to investigate and respond to your complaint. 999p is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and in good faith.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and 999p within the informal resolution period, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channels where applicable.

14 Amendments to These Terms

999p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 999p website for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

In cases of material changes — including changes that materially affect player rights, bonus structures, or withdrawal conditions — 999p will provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications, formatting updates, or changes required by law, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of 999p after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
